In the Grandstand music meadow you’ll find our Art & Craft Fair, offering a colorful array of quality clothing, jewelry, musical instruments and other crafts that our vendors create and gather from all over the globe. We emphasize handcrafted items that are unique and hard to find in conventional shops.
Many of our vendors accept credit cards or you can use our on-site ATM located near the merchandise tent and in the food court.
The application process for the 2023 season is now closed.
Unauthorized vending is not permitted. If you are not a registered vendor you may not sell or distribute anything on the festival grounds.
Booth size: 10 x 10. All vendors are allotted an additional 10 x 10 space directly behind their booth for camping. If you need more space, you must purchase an extra booth.

Non-Profits
Food Drive
When you’re packing for DelFest don’t forget to grab some non-perishable food items for the Del’s Army Food Drive. Beginning in 2011, Del’s Army has collected more than two and half tons of food at DelFest from their table at the entrance to the Music Meadow. They’ll be open at 2pm Thursday and 10am Friday through Sunday to receive food donations or contributions for the Western Maryland Food Bank. Please join them in doing good works through music at DelFest.
DelFest Foundation Raffle
Don’t forget to purchase your DelFest Foundation raffle tickets, either at the Merchandise Tent or from one of the volunteers in the crowd. DelFest Foundation donates all proceeds to local charities that make a difference in Allegany County. Winners will be announced by Joe Craven from the main stage.
HeadCount
HeadCount is a non-partisan organization that works with musicians to promote participation in democracy.
Camp Traction
Camp Traction consists of music fans who choose to experience festivals and shows without the use of drugs or alcohol. Our primary purpose is to provide a safe environment for clean & sober music fans. We are not affiliated with AA, NA, DelFest or any other organized recovery group. We are simply a group of people who share the common bond of enjoying musical events in a clean & sober state. We take no position on drug and/or alcohol use and leave those decisions to the individual. We offer support, strength and hope to those who seek what we share. Our location at DelFest is noted on the festival map.
