Why aren’t late night tickets included in the festival pass?
The DelFest Music Hall is an intimate room with limited capacity; we can sell only a limited number of tickets per night. For a larger capacity festival like DelFest, only a certain number of festival patrons can (or would choose to) attend the Late Night shows. Late night events are also costly to produce and we strive to keep the festival pass prices as low as possible. Rather than raising the price of the entire festival pass, we sell tickets only to those who wish to attend the Late Night shows. All artists performing in Late Night shows will also perform on the daytime stages.
What’s up with that service fee?
The majority of the per ticket service fee is a significant State of Maryland Admissions and Amusement Tax. We think this tax is high too, click here to contact the local elected officials. The remainder of the service fee covers the overhead charges involved in box office operations not limited to ticketing software fees, credit card fees, labor, ticket stock, phone fees and more. We make every effort to keep this service charge as low as possible. Thank you for supporting our independent business and understanding that this small fee helps to keep us in business.
Do I need to login to the ticketing site in order to purchase?
Nope, it’s not necessary.
Is camping included with my ticket?
All multi-day passes include on-site camping. However, the on-site parking fee is NOT included. Click for more info on camping and parking. Single day ticket do not include camping.
Is DelFest an accessible event for patrons with disabilities?

When can I begin camping on-site and when do I have to leave?
Gates open at 12:30pm on Thursday, May 23rd. 4-day Passes can arrive at that time, not earlier, and all multi-day campers are welcome to stay until mid-day on Monday, May 27th. Click here for detailed arrival information.
Can I get a 2-day Pass for Thursday and Friday?
2-day Passes are for Saturday & Sunday only. Anyone arriving on Thursday who wants to camp, must have a 4-day Pass. Friday campers must have a 3-day Pass and Saturday campers must have a 2-day Pass.
Can I camp with a single day pass?

I ordered my tickets already and need to change my shipping address. How?
In order to change an order’s shipping address, we need to receive an email from the address used to place the order. Please send to ticketing AT delfest DOT com and let us know your order number and new address.
Can I combine my orders for shipping?
Ticket orders are unable to combined for shipping. In order to avoid multiple delivery charges, please purchase all your tickets in one order. Or choose PrintPass for free!
I changed my plans and can come for all four days! How do I upgrade my 3-day Pass?
You can upgrade any already purchased ticket at the box office when you arrive.
When will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will be shipped in a plain, unmarked envelope. If you haven’t received your tickets within 2 weeks of the festival, please contact us. If you chose PrintPass, expect an email with instructions on how to print your ticket at home in early May.
Do I really have to go to the off-site box office?
Yes! Everyone (except DELuxe fans) must visit us at the off-site main box office. Click for more info on arrival. DELuxe fans will receive more info on arrival within a month of the festival. If you are a DELuxe fan arriving with a friend who has a general admission ticket, you’ll need to visit the off-site main box office first.
If I purchase an early bird ticket and later secure a volunteer position at the festival or on street team, can I get a refund?
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
