When can I purchase a single day ticket?
Single day passes will be available for purchase after we announce the daily schedule, which will likely be in April. We have not set these prices yet. We will announce via our email list when they are on sale. Click to join.
How about a 2-day Pass?
2-day Passes (Saturday & Sunday only) will be available for purchase in March for $115 each. We will announce via our email list when they are on sale. Click to join.
And late night tickets?
These will be available for purchase in April as well. We will announce via our email list when they are on sale. Click to join.
Is camping included with my ticket?
All multi-day passes include on-site camping. However, the on-site parking fee is NOT included. Click for more info on camping and parking.
Can I get a 2-day Pass for Thursday and Friday?
2-day Passes are for Saturday & Sunday only. Anyone arriving on Thursday who wants to camp, must have a 4-day Pass. Friday campers must have a 3-day Pass and Saturday campers must have a 2-day Pass.
Can I camp with a single day pass?
No. Check out the local hotels here.
I ordered my tickets already and need to change my shipping address. How?
In order to change an order’s shipping address, we need to receive an email from the address used to place the order. Please send to ticketing AT delfest DOT com and let us know your order number and new address.
Can I combine my orders for shipping?
Ticket orders are unable to combined for shipping. In order to avoid multiple delivery charges, please purchase all your tickets in one order. Or choose PrintPass for free!
I changed my plans and can come for all four days! How do I upgrade my 3-day Pass?
You can upgrade your already purchased ticket at the box office when you arrive. $15 to upgrade a 3-day Pass to a 4-day Pass; $15 for a 2-day to a 3-day; $30 for a 2-day to a 4-day.
When will I receive my tickets?
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order is shipped. If you haven’t received your tickets within 2 weeks of the festival, please contact us. If you chose PrintPass, expect an email with instructions on how to print your ticket at home in April.
Do I really have to go to the off-site box office?
Yes! Everyone (except DELuxe fans) must visit us at the off-site main box office. Click for more info on arrival. DELuxe fans will receive more info on arrival within a month of the festival. If you are a DELuxe fan arriving with a friend who has a general admission ticket, you’ll need to visit the off-site main box office first.
If I purchase an early bird ticket and later secure a volunteer position at the festival or on street team, can I get a refund?
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
