The last time David Grisman (Dawg) played DelFest, he had the time of his life, and so did we, so we decided it wasn’t too soon to bring him back for an encore.  David’s life’s work has been performing and composing on the mandolin, and has inspired a generation with his virtuosic talent.  He has collaborated with luminaries such as Jerry Garcia, Bela Fleck, Bonnie Raitt, Earl Scruggs, and many more.  His namesake quintet boasts alumni such as Tony Rice, Mark O’Connor, Mike Marshall and Darol Anger. Performing with his bluegrass outfit for the occasion, David is sure to please fans that span generations.
