Camping & Parking

There will be a $15 fee to park a regular sized vehicle on the festival for the weekend, if purchased in advance ($20 at gate).
Camping is designated on a first come, first served basis and in most cases you will be able to camp in close proximity to your car. Once you have purchased the weekend vehicle pass, you are allowed re-entry. However, we appreciate your cooperation in limited vehicular traffic in the campgrounds during the festival. The fairgrounds have permanent restrooms and showers, and we supplement the facilities with ample portable toilets. Please be courteous and take only the space you need. Roping off areas and saving space for latecomers is not acceptable festival etiquette. Days in Cumberland are mild, averaging in the low 70's in May, but you may want to consider bringing shade structures, tarps or anything that will help create a shaded area in your campsite. Camping overnight on Sunday is permitted. All patrons must leave the fairgrounds by early afternoon on Monday.
Family Camp
There will be a family camping area designated for those who would like a more kid-friendly environment that is quieter late at night (and a bit louder early in the morning). If you've got little ones in tow and you are interested in camping in Family Camp, let your parking attendant know and you'll be pointed in the right direction. As always space is designated on a first come, first served basis.
Day Parking
If you are coming just for the day, and do not plan to camp, privately held day lots are available adjacent to the festival site.
On-site RV Parking
On-site RV passes are available for purchase, and are required if you are planning to bring an RV or any oversized vehicle. We offer RV Passes with hook-ups (water, power, no septic although there is a dump station on site) and Dry RV Passes, which allow you to park on-site with no hook-ups. The RV DELuxe Experience is our VIP package that includes an RV Pass with full hook-ups (water, power, septic), and is reserved for your arrival (prior to 11:59 PM, Friday, May 28). All other RVs will be assigned spaces upon arrival. Please keep in mind that because there are a limited number of hookups available, RV Passes with hookups are likely to sell out first. Please note: Any vehicle more than 18 ft. in length is considered an RV. There are no ins and outs for RVs.
