Camping

Camping is included with all multi-day tickets and is designated on a first come, first served basis.  The fairgrounds have permanent restrooms and showers and we supplement the facilities with ample portable toilets.

We have a designated area for Family Camp, which is expected to be somewhat quiter at night and louder in the morning. If you've got little ones in tow and you are interested in camping Family Camp, let the parking attendants know. If you are disabled, and need wheelchair accessible camping, a parking attendant will direct you to a designated area.

The campground opens for 4-day Pass holders at 12:30pm Thursday, May 27. The gates open at 8am Friday, May 28 for 3-day Pass holders, and 9am Saturday, May 29 for 2-day Pass holders. There is no camping with single day tickets.

Parking

Parking is NOT included with your festival pass. Each vehicle parking on site at DelFest must have a parking pass; $15 in advance online here, or $20 at the gate. Redeem your parking pass for a decal at the main box office or purchase on there (while supplies last). Once on-site parking is full, off-site parking with shuttles will be available. We strongly encourage carpooling! Vehicle may leave and re-enter the campground with no additional fee, but are not guaranteed to come back to the same spot.  We appreciate your cooperation by limiting vehicular traffic in the campgrounds.  If the total length of your vehicle plus anything that's attached to it is 18' or longer, it is considered an RV and must have an RV Pass or RV Dry Pass to park on-site.

Late Night Music

There will be late night music in the DelFest Music Hall after the Grandstand Stage shuts down each night. The schedule will be posted on the website. Tickets for these shows will be available in advance through our website, at the merchandise booth during the day, or at the door at show time (capacity permitting).

Festival Guidelines

We are committed to fostering a relaxed atmosphere, but there are certain guidelines that must be abided by in order to ensure a safe and fun festival for everyone. • Absolutely NO PETS allowed on the festival grounds or parking lots (licensed ADA assistants excepted). This will be strictly enforced. • No fireworks • No drum circles or amplified music from 11pm - 11am • Personal campfires permitted, fire pit or fire ring and fire extinguisher required. The fire area must be cleaned up. All debris must be properly disposed of before leaving. Please practice fire safety • No glass beer bottles permitted No cans, bottles or chairs higher than 18” on the music meadow • For safety reasons, no Frisbee throwing in the music meadow • All personal possessions must be removed from the music meadow after each night’s performance. • No unauthorized vending - if you’re not a registered vendor you cannot sell or distribute anything on the festival grounds. • Audience and radio taping only (no soundboard patches) • No video recording of any performances • No motorized vehicles (golf carts, ATVs) • There will be a designated dance-free zone in the music meadow, please be respectful of your neighbors

Enjoy the relaxed festival atmosphere, but be pro-active about the security of your belongings. Leave your campground overtly empty, don't bring what you cannot afford to lose and be sure to look after one another.  Our community is not possible without your participation!

Festival goers must abide by all local, state, and federal laws. NO ALCOHOL OR DRUG SALES tolerated anywhere on the festival site or annexed properties. Anyone caught selling or distributing illicit substances will immediately have their wristband cut and be ejected from the festival. Further legal repercussions are likely.
