If your question is not addressed below and you are having technical ticketing-related issues with your order, then contact Eventbrite.

Where are my tickets?

Tickets are delivered upon purchase and can be accessed via your confirmation email or the EventBrite app at any time. Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of DelFest. IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, click here to access the Eventbrite help center.

Is camping included with my ticket?

All multi-day passes include on-site camping. However, the on-site parking fee is NOT included.  Click for more info on camping and parking. Single day tickets do not include camping.

Will Single Day Passes be available?

Yes! 3-Day, 2-Day, and Single Day Tickets will be available for purchase at a later date, after the artist daily schedule is announced.

We currently have 4-Day festival passes, On-site Parking and Off-site Parking available for purchase at the DelFest Ticketing Page,
We are currently sold out of all DELuxe VIP Packages, and all RV Parking passes.

Can I get a 2-day Pass for Thursday and Friday?

No, 2-day Passes are for Saturday & Sunday only.
4-Day Passes are valid Thursday – Sunday
3-Day Passes are valid Friday – Sunday
2-Day Passes are valid Saturday – Sunday

Can I camp with a single day pass?

No. Check out the local hotels here.

Are Kids and Teen Passes sold separately?

Yes, Kids and Teen Passes are sold separately and available for purchase.
Ages 4 and under: FREE
Ages 5 -12: Kids Pass (4-Day, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Single day ticket options available.)
Ages 13 -16: Teen Pass (Only 4-Day option available. For 3-Day, 2-Day, and Single day tickets, regular passes must be purchased.)
Ages 17 and older: General (adult) Festival Passes

Why aren’t Late Night tickets included in the festival pass?

The DelFest Music Hall is an intimate room with limited capacity; we can sell only a limited number of tickets per night. For a larger capacity festival like DelFest, only a certain number of festival patrons can (or would choose to) attend the Late Night shows. Late Night events are also costly to produce and we strive to keep the festival pass prices as low as possible. Rather than raising the price of the entire festival pass, we sell tickets only to those who wish to attend the Late Night shows. All artists performing in Late Night shows will also perform on the daytime stages.

I got an AVS (Address Verification Service) mismatch when attempting to purchase. What now?

Our credit card authorization features require exact AVS matches to protect your purchase. Please confirm with your bank the exact correct credit or debit card billing information on file including name, street address and zip code. The most common errors are omitting a middle initial (if it appears on your card) and an incorrect address. After confirming, please try your order again.

What’s up with that service fee?

The majority of the per ticket service fee is a significant State of Maryland Admissions and Amusement Tax. The remainder of the service fee covers the overhead charges involved in box office operations not limited to ticketing software fees, labor and more. We make every effort to keep this service charge as low as possible. Thank you for supporting our independent business.

Is DelFest an accessible event for patrons with disabilities?

Yes, absolutely. DelFest is accessible for all patrons with disabilities. Click here to view our complete accessibility information, including a new registration process so we can best accommodate your needs.

What day and time does my favorite band play?

Please join the DelFest email list by scrolling to the bottom of the page and adding your email to the list, to get the latest DelFest updates.

When can I begin camping on-site and when do I have to leave?

Gates open at 10:30AM on Thursday, May 23rd. 4-day Pass holders can arrive at that time, not earlier, and all multi-day campers are welcome to stay until noon on Monday, May 27th. Please note that everyone must visit the Main Box Office before entering the festival grounds. Full arrival information and details will be posted on the website in the weeks leading up to the festival.

I changed my plans and can come for all four days! How do I upgrade my 3-day Pass?

You can upgrade any already purchased ticket at the box office when you arrive.

I changed my plans and can no longer attend. How do I transfer my tickets to someone else?

You can change the name on a ticket by visiting the Eventbrite Name Transfer Page and following the links to update your ticket/registration information

Folks~ We didn’t think it was possible, but Del Folks~

We didn’t think it was possible, but DelFest at Home was so fun and moving, that we almost feel like we had a real festival. Nothing will ever compare to being at the Allegany County Fairgrounds with all of you, but watching the performances (many that we didn’t have time to watch the first time around), sharing your comments, photos from home, well wishes, and being able to interact with the staff, crew, fans, and many dear friends touched us...and most importantly, gave us a deeper appreciation for the community that is DelFest. We’ll be sharing some stats and highlights with you, including some great #delfestathome setups.

With all of this in mind, it makes it even harder for us to make a final decision on where to go next with DelFest, because we know this decision impacts so many. It’s clear through the comments this weekend that most of you think that the most likely scenario is for DelFest to come back in 2021. We haven’t officially let go of the idea of a late summer 2020 festival, though we know it would take a miracle for that to happen. We appreciate your patience as we have waited things out, but it’s time to make a decision. On June 10, we will meet with state, regional, and local officials, and then use their recommendations to make the best decision for the fans and the community, which we will share with you immediately.
Here are couple of things we committed to in April, that bear repeating:

If your circumstances are such that you need a refund at this time, please visit delfest.com to fill out our form and we will work with you. If you can stick with us, knowing that your tickets will be valid for a future DelFest, we appreciate it.

Let us assure you, there is no possibility that we would ever make a decision that would put our dad and mom at risk, so we would never ask you to put your family at risk.

Continue to be safe, love on your families, and stay tuned for a final decision on June 10. Thank you all for being part of our family. We look forward to getting together with you again, whenever that may be.

Sincerely,

Rob and Ronnie
on behalf of the entire McCoury Family
