On-site camping
All multi-day passes include on-site camping. Parking fee NOT included. The Fairgrounds has significantly increased it’s camping areas in the woods by clearing out underbrush and low limbs. Beyond the woods, there is a new camping area we’ve dubbed Green Acres. This is in addition to the existing camping areas. Green Acres is a beautiful grassy lawn on the far north section of the property. It’s on high ground, and will be a spacious place for you to spread out with friends and family, about .5 mile stroll to the music meadow entrance. As Green Acres is walk-in camping only, festival shuttles will help to haul gear from the parking area upon arrival and departure. Expect to be parked tightly and efficiently, and to use the wooded areas for walk-in camping. You won’t be too far from your vehicle, but do not expect to camp right next to your car as we need to maximize parking space, and park efficiently.

Green Acres
The fairgrounds have permanent restrooms and showers, and we supplement the facilities with ample portable toilets. Please be courteous and take only the space you need. Roping off areas and saving space for latecomers is not acceptable festival etiquette. Days in Cumberland are mild, averaging in the low 70′s in May, but you may want to consider bringing shade structures, tarps or anything that will help create a shaded area in your campsite. Camping overnight on Sunday is permitted. All patrons must leave the fairgrounds by early afternoon on Monday.
The Show Sherpa
Don’t have camping gear? Don’t want to deal with setting up camp at DelFest? The Show Sherpa specializes in providing festival tent and gear rentals. Stay in The Sherpa Village, on-site tent hotel, outfitted with Eureka’s best recreational camping equipment and amenities. For more details and tent rentals visit The Show Sherpa website today! Please note: Camping rentals do not include your DelFest ticket, this must be purchased separately.
Family Camp
There will be a family camping area designated for those who would like a more kid-friendly environment that is quieter late at night (and a bit louder early in the morning). If you’ve got little ones in tow and you are interested in camping in Family Camp, let your parking attendant know and you’ll be pointed in the right direction. As always space is designated on a first come, first served basis.
Parking
DelFest is a walk-in, tent camping festival; you will not be able to camp next to your vehicle. Parking and camping are in separate areas. To bring your vehicle on-site, a parking pass is required and is available to multi-day ticket holders only. Limited number of passes available. Click to purchase. Once again – do NOT expect to camp right next to your vehicle, although you won’t be too far away. There will be shuttles to the camping areas.
If the total length of your vehicle plus anything attached to it is 18′ or longer, it is considered an RV and must have a RV Pass or RV Dry Pass to park on-site.
Vehicles may leave and re-enter the campground, but are not guaranteed placement in the same spot. We appreciate your cooperation by limiting vehicular traffic in the campgrounds. Patrons and vehicles will not be allowed on-site earlier than the date indicated on festival pass, unless upgraded at the box office (for example, three-day pass holders may not enter until Friday; two-day pass holder may not enter until Saturday).
Day Parking
If you are coming just for the day and do not plan to camp, privately held day lots are available adjacent to the festival site. Day parking fee is payable upon arrival, price TBD.
On-site RV Parking
On-site RV passes are available for purchase, and are required if you are planning to bring an RV or any oversized vehicle. We offer RV Passes with hook-ups. Hookups include electric with a sewage dump station on-site. Electrical includes a 30 amp hookup to be shared. If you’d like to use water, please arrive with a full tank and use limited water on-site. Be prepared to use minimal electricity throughout the festival. Please note – spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and spots along the southern treeline are reserved for RV DELuxe patrons ONLY. If you are not an RV DELuxe patron, you will be placed either in the Pavilion or at the new pedestals in the central fairgrounds loop.
Dry RV Passes allow you to park on-site with no hook-ups.
The RV DELuxe Experience is our VIP package that includes an RV Pass with full hook-ups (water, power, septic), and is reserved for your arrival (prior to 8 PM, Friday, May 25). There are no ins and outs for RVs.
